"The bathroom area was dingy, shower head broken, facuet handles came off and tub had a rust stain in it."

"This hotel needs work, and since it has just been purchased by BestValue Inn, I hope that is realized. There is water damage, fixtures in need of repair, overall painting, plumbing needs work, etc. It is (barely) adequate when I am in town by myself but I would not recommend it for families or for any other reason -- at least not until major renovation is complete. Last visit there was only one working light in the room -- the bulbs had been taken from all the others!"
